Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner as they enter the showroom.
- Provide detailed information about products, including features, benefits, and pricing.
- Demonstrate product functionalities and answer any questions customers may have.
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting products and services.
- Maintain the showroom's cleanliness and organization, ensuring displays are attractive and well-stocked.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional strategies and maximize sales opportunities.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or retail is a plus.
- Previous experience in retail sales or showroom environments is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service.
- Basic understanding of sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude towards sales and customer engagement.
- Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays.
