Alliance 360 Employment Services is seeking enthusiastic and sales-driven **Sales Promoters** to represent a leading robotic vacuum cleaner brand in major retail and electronics stores across Dubai.
The ideal candidate will be confident in engaging customers, demonstrating product features, and converting customer interest into sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell robotic vacuum cleaners in retail and electronics stores.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and explain key features and benefits.
- Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain excellent product knowledge and stay updated on new features.
- Ensure product displays are clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Build strong relationships with store staff and customers.
- Gather customer feedback and provide market insights to management.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and represent the brand professionally.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales, sales promotion, or customer-facing sales roles.
- Experience selling electronics, home appliances, or consumer technology is preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven with a proven ability to meet sales goals.
- Energetic, proactive, and customer-focused personality.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends if required.
- Must be currently based in Dubai, UAE.
- Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
