Responsibilities

- Maintain an organized and well-stocked promotional display area for products.
- Develop and implement promotional strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries and feedback professionally.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align promotional activities and campaigns.
- Gather consumer feedback and report insights to the management team.
- Educate customers on product usage, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Maintain updated knowledge of company products and market trends.
- Track and report weekly progress on goals and sales performance metrics.
- Manage promotional events and coordinate with other sales and marketing staff.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent education level is required.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or promotional roles is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers effectively.
- Ability to understand and passionately endorse product features and benefits.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage promotional materials and events.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime if needed.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a dynamic team.
- Basic computer skills for reporting and communication purposes.
