Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and promote electronic products inside the mall store.
- Explain product features, specifications, and offers to customers effectively.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable products based on their requirements and budget.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the store is clean and organized.
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate with the store team for replenishment.
- Stay updated on ongoing promotions, discounts, and newly launched products.
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service at all times.
- Submit daily sales updates and feedback to the supervisor/store manager
Preferred Skills & Traits
- Previous experience in retail sales or electronics sales within mall stores is preferred.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of electronic products and gadgets.
- Sales-driven, energetic, and target-oriented personality.
- Presentable appearance with a professional attitude.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and mall operating hours.
- Multilingual candidates will be an added advantage.
