  • **Role Description**
  • This is a full-time, on-site Sales Promoter role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
  • The Sales Promoter will actively promote Fakhruddin Properties’ residential and commercial projects to prospective clients through in-person interactions, phone calls, events, and property visits.

Responsibilities

  • include explaining project features and benefits, responding to customer inquiries, conducting property tours, and supporting sales conversions under the guidance of the sales team.
  • The role also involves maintaining accurate records of leads and interactions, coordinating with colleagues in marketing and customer service, and representing the brand professionally at all times.
  • The Sales Promoter will work closely with internal teams to ensure a high-quality customer experience from initial contact through handover.
  • **Qualifications**
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present property features clearly and confidently.
  • Proven Sales and Sales Promotion abilities, ideally within real estate or a related customer-facing industry.
  • Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and build long-term relationships with clients.
  • Basic proficiency with Operating Systems and standard office applications (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM tools).
  • Previous experience in real estate, property management, or retail sales is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English required; knowledge of additional languages commonly used in UAE is beneficial.
  • Ability to work on-site, including weekends or extended hours when needed for events or peak periods.
  • High school diploma required; a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an asset.
  • English, Arabic, Russian, French, Urdu, Spanish, or German.
