We are hiring experienced Direct Sales Relationship Managers to drive sales through strong company generated channels
Lead Sources
1- Digital Marketing Leads
2- Walk in Clients
3- Mall Stand Leads
Key Responsibilities
1- Manage and convert inbound leads into successful deals
2- Conduct client meetings presentations and follow ups
3- Advise clients on investment opportunities and project offerings
4- Maintain strong product knowledge including pricing payment plans and availability
5- Update track and manage leads through CRM system effectively
6- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Requirements
1- Minimum 2 years direct sales experience with a real estate developer in Dubai
2- Strong understanding of Dubai real estate market and buyer behavior
3- Proven track record in closing deals from inbound leads
4- Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce Zoho or similar platforms
5- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills
6- Target driven disciplined and self motivated
