We are an authorized partner of Virgin and du, delivering reliable telecom solutions to customers across the UAE. We are currently seeking an energetic, driven Sales Promoter to join our team in Dubai who holds their own visa.

Role Overview:
As a Sales Promoter, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for creating positive impressions with potential customers. Your main duties will include promoting our products and services, driving sales, and engaging with potential customers. You will work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to our company’s success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively promote and advertise our products and services to potential clients.
• Engage with customers in a friendly, professional, and enthusiastic manner to create awareness and generate interest.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, providing detailed information about features and benefits.
• Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring repeat business and client loyalty.
• Provide feedback and market insights to the management team to help improve promotional strategies.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet the goals of the sales department.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing role (experience in promoting or retail is a plus).
• Fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Arabic is a plus.
• A positive, friendly attitude and a passion for customer interaction.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and an eagerness to earn high commissions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work in a variety of retail and event-based environments as needed.
