Overview
VEGA LEADER, an **authorized partner of Virgin Mobile UAE**, is seeking a high-performing **Sales Manager who has their own visa to** lead B2C telecom sales operations in Dubai.
The role focuses on driving customer acquisition, managing a strong sales team, and consistently exceeding revenue targets in a highly competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate the B2C sales team to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
- Drive customer acquisition and market penetration through effective sales strategies
- Oversee daily sales operations and ensure achievement of KPIs
- Develop and execute aggressive sales strategies to grow market share
- Identify new business opportunities and optimize existing sales channels
- Provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance feedback to the team
- Monitor team performance and take corrective action when required
- Ensure excellent customer experience and service standards
- Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to management
- Take full ownership of B2C sales performance and revenue growth
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum **3–5 years of sales experience**, including at least **2 years in a managerial role**
- Proven experience in **B2C telecom sales in the UAE** (strong advantage)
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Strong target-driven mindset with a proven record of achieving results
- Ability to perform under pressure in a competitive environment
- Strong accountability mindset focused on results and execution

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary up to **AED 15,000**, based on experience and performance
