Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to join our team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant accounting or finance experience and strong knowledge of financial processes, reporting, and compliance within the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting entries and maintain accurate financial records
- Handle accounts payable and receivable processes
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
- Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in closing activities
- Support VAT filing and ensure compliance with UAE regulations
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking
- Coordinate with auditors and provide required documentation
- Maintain proper documentation and financial controls
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of finance/accounting experience (UAE experience preferred)
- Knowledge of VAT regulations in the UAE
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks, SAP, etc.)
- Strong MS Excel skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Candidate must have their OWN VISA
Qualifications
- Experience in handling audits
- Experience in multi-entity accounting (if applicable)
- Salary: Negotiable upon interview
