Sales Promoters represent Vega Leader and Virgin Mobile in retail and event environments, engage customers, and help drive sales and business targets.
Responsibilities
- Promote and advertise products and services to potential customers.
- Engage customers in a friendly, professional, and enthusiastic manner to build awareness and interest.
- Answer product inquiries, explain features and benefits, and encourage upselling and cross-selling.
- Work toward and exceed sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Build customer relationships to support retention, satisfaction, and loyalty.
- Share feedback and market insights with management to improve promotional strategies.
- Perform other duties assigned to meet sales department goals.
Requirements
- Previous sales experience, preferably as a retail sales promoter or in a customer-facing role; telecom experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Positive, friendly attitude and passion for customer interaction and service excellence.
- Strong organization and multitasking skills; able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to earn commissions.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible to work in retail and event-based environments as needed.
- One year of UAE sales experience is preferred.
Employment and pay
- Full-time role.
- Pay is AED 3,000 per month.
