Job Description
CreditCare Credit Management LLC is looking for a **Female Customer Service Representative (CSR)** to join our team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing excellent support, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Assist clients with queries, account details, and service information
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Provide timely solutions and escalate issues when necessary
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve departmental goals
Requirements
- Female candidates only
- 3 years experience in Sales
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
- Must be currently in the UAE
Salary & Benefits
- Salary up to **AED 3000** (based on experience)
- **Visa, Medical**, and other benefits provided as per **UAE Labour Law**

Contract length: 24 months
