Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell the company’s range of coffee beans to new and existing customers.
  • Identify potential clients including cafes, restaurants, hotels, offices, and retailers.
  • Provide detailed product knowledge on different types of beans (origins, roasting levels, flavor profiles, brewing methods, etc.).
  • Conduct tastings and demonstrations to educate customers and support purchasing decisions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide after-sales support.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
  • Coordinate with the roastery or supplier team to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and new coffee innovations.
  • Attend coffee-related events, exhibitions, and training sessions when needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the coffee or F&B industry.
  • Strong knowledge of coffee beans, origins, roasting levels, and brewing techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Passion for specialty coffee and customer engagement.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
