Overview

Air Q Limited is looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented professional to join our growing Commercial Department as a Sales Operations Support.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, supporting commercial operations, and coordinating tender and bid activities with precision and accuracy.

🔹 Sales Development & Client Engagement

  • Conduct lead generation, prospecting, and market research to identify new business opportunities
  • Support relationship management activities with existing and potential clients
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports, CRM updates, trackers, and commercial documentation
  • Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, commercial offers, and follow-up communications
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely responses to client inquiries and requirements

🔹 Tendering & Bid Management

  • Manage company registrations and profile updates on government and private procurement portals
  • Monitor tender platforms and identify relevant bid opportunities
  • Prepare, compile, review, and submit tender documents within submission deadlines
  • Maintain organized records of templates, compliance documents, certifications, and supporting files
  • Coordinate with finance, legal, and technical teams to gather approvals and required documentation

🔹 Administrative & Commercial Support

  • Support day-to-day commercial department operations and workflows
  • Prepare meeting minutes, coordination summaries, and follow-up trackers
  • Assist with NDAs, vendor registrations, onboarding forms, and compliance documentation
  • Coordinate schedules, communication follow-ups, and documentation processes
  • Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and adherence to company quality standards

Qualifications & Skills

  • ✔️ 3–5 years of experience in sales support, commercial operations, tender coordination, or related fields
  • ✔️ Strong understanding of procurement, tendering, and bid submission processes
  • ✔️ Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM systems
  • ✔️ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • ✔️ Arabic language skills will be considered an advantage
  • ✔️ Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities
  • ✔️ Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • ✔️ Professional attitude with strong accountability and teamwork skills
  • ⭐ Preferred Experience
  • Experience in technology, aerospace, defense, or service-oriented industries
  • Familiarity with workflow platforms such as Smartsheet, SharePoint, or similar systems
  • Background in commercial operations and business development support is preferred
