Job Description:
Top Team Machines is seeking a results-driven and analytical Sales Operations Manager to oversee and optimize sales processes at our Doha location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving sales performance, managing operational workflows, and supporting the sales team with data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales operations strategies to improve efficiency and performance
• Analyze sales data, forecasts, and performance metrics to support decision-making
• Manage CRM systems, sales tools, and reporting processes
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to align business objectives
• Monitor pipeline activity and ensure accurate sales forecasting
• Identify process improvements to streamline sales operations
• Train and support sales teams on tools, systems, and best practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience in sales operations or a similar role
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
