Role Overview
The Sales Operations Analyst will be responsible for analyzing sales data, streamlining processes, and providing insights that improve efficiency and revenue growth. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs and sales performance.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to optimize processes and workflows.
- Support CRM management and ensure data accuracy.
- Provide insights to improve forecasting, pipeline management, and resource allocation.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to support strategic initiatives.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Present findings and actionable recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or related roles.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
