Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Executive with hands-on experience in ERPNext to manage sales activities, track RFQs, and ensure proper follow-up on quotations and sales orders. The role requires strong coordination skills, daily reporting discipline, and the ability to support the sales team in closing opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
ERPNext & Sales Management
- Manage and update Opportunities, Quotations, and Sales Orders in ERPNext
- Ensure all RFQs are properly recorded and tracked with unique enquiry numbers
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline data
Sales Follow-Up & Closing Support
- Follow up with clients on submitted quotations
- Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, procurement, operations) for timely submissions
- Support sales team in closing deals and converting opportunities to orders
Daily Reporting & Monitoring
- Prepare and submit daily sales activity reports
- Track:
- Pending RFQs
- Submitted quotations
- Order status
- Provide weekly/monthly summaries to management
Sales Order & Execution Coordination
- Monitor Sales Order status from issuance to completion
- Coordinate with:
- Procurement
- Operations / Project team
- Ensure smooth handover from sales to execution
Client Communication
- Maintain regular communication with clients for updates and follow-ups
- Ensure timely response to enquiries and clarifications
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Engineering / Commerce or related field
Experience
- Minimum 2–4 years experience in:
- Sales coordination / sales operations
- ERP-based systems (preferably ERPNext)
Technical Skills
- Strong working knowledge of ERPNext (CRM & Sales modules)
- Good knowledge of:
- RFQ → Quotation → Sales Order process
- Proficiency in Excel / reporting tools
Soft Skills
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Good communication (English required; Arabic is a plus)
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Preferred Experience
- Experience in marine / offshore / engineering / trading companies
- Familiarity with Qatar market and clients
- Understanding of basic technical/commercial quotations
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- RFQ response time ≤ 3 days
- Daily report submission (100% compliance)
- Sales order conversion ratio
- Follow-up efficiency (no missed RFQs)
- Accuracy of ERP data
Salary Range (Qatar Market – Reference)
- QAR 4,000 – 7,000 (depending on experience)
Working Hours
- As per company policy (ATS standard working hours)
