YAVA Ayurveda is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Sales Operations Manager.
The role focuses on managing sales operations, improving team productivity, monitoring performance, and achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor day-to-day sales operations.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
- Prepare and review MIS, sales reports, dashboards, and performance reports.
- Monitor leads, conversions, follow-ups, orders, and revenue.
- Develop and improve sales processes and operational workflows.
- Coordinate with HR and management on recruitment, training, and team performance.
- Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans.
- Monitor CRM data and ensure accurate follow-up and data entry.
- Conduct regular team reviews and performance meetings.
- Prepare sales forecasts and provide management with business insights.
- Handle escalations and resolve operational issues efficiently.
Requirements
- Requires 3–7 years of experience in sales operations, sales management, telecalling, healthcare, Ayurveda, FMCG, or a related industry.
- Requires proven experience managing sales teams and achieving targets.
- Requires strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Requires knowledge of MS Excel, MIS, CRM, and sales reporting.
- Requires strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Requires the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Ayurveda, healthcare, or FMCG sales experience is preferred.

Compensation
