We are now seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Sales Operations Executive

to join our team at Messe Frankfurt Middle East, supporting the smooth running of our sales processes, systems, and data to drive overall commercial efficiency and performance.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support the Sales Operations Manager in driving efficient and scalable sales processes across the business
  • Maintain and manage sales systems (CRM, CPQ, and internal platforms), ensuring high data accuracy and consistency
  • Assist in preparing and updating key sales documentation including booking forms, rate cards, and product master data
  • Monitor and improve data quality across systems, conducting regular checks and resolving discrepancies
  • Support reporting and analytics, working closely with Sales to produce accurate performance reports and insights
  • Assist in identifying inefficiencies in the sales funnel and help implement improved processes and workflows
  • Coordinate compliance-related activities including licensing, registrations, and alignment with HQ governance standards
  • Provide day-to-day operational support to sales teams, including system guidance, basic training, and troubleshooting
  • Support PO processing and credit card management in collaboration with Finance
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall commercial operations

What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years’ experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, or a similar commercial role, ideally within exhibitions or events
  • Strong attention to detail with a process-driven mindset and focus on data accuracy
  • Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar), CPQ tools, and Excel
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and support decision-making
  • Proactive approach with the confidence to identify and suggest improvements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
