Overview
We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Sales Officer who is fluent in Arabic to join our education team.
This role focuses on selling educational courses and managing tele-calling campaigns to drive student enrollments.
The ideal candidate is persuasive, energetic, and has a passion for helping students achieve their career goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound and inbound calls to prospective students and parents in Arabic to promote educational programs.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by converting leads into confirmed course enrollments.
- Provide detailed information and guidance about courses, career opportunities, and benefits to prospective students.
- Maintain accurate lead and student records in the CRM system.
- Follow up with prospective students to maximize conversions.
- Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams to support campaigns and lead generation strategies.
- Participate in webinars, seminars, and education fairs to generate new leads.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Fluency in Arabic and English (verbal and written).
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, tele-calling, or admissions in the education sector.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office.
- Energetic, proactive, and self-motivated.
Job Type: Full-time
- Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
