Overview
We are seeking a proactive **IT Support Specialist** to provide technical support to end-users and ensure smooth operation of IT systems, hardware, software, and network services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level IT support via phone, email, or in person.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and software applications.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
- Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and backups.
- Monitor IT infrastructure including systems, networks, and security.
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or vendors when required.
Qualifications
- Experience in IT support, troubleshooting, and help desk operations.
- Good knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and IT security basics.
- Ability to install and maintain systems and applications.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, MCITP, or CCNA are an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
- Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
- Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience
- Cisco Networking: 2 years (Required)
- IT Services and IT Consulting: 2 years (Required)
