Develop project sales opportunities for fencing and related products.
The role is based on project sales and involves working with contractors, consultants, developers, and clients.
The job location stated in the description is Sharjah.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new fencing and related project sales opportunities.
- Visit project sites and meet contractors, consultants, developers, and clients.
- Generate enquiries and prepare and follow up on quotations.
- Build customer relationships and close orders within approved pricing.
- Monitor upcoming projects and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with estimation, production, and accounts teams.
- Maintain sales and project pipeline reports.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
Requirements
- 5 to 6 years of experience in UAE project sales.
- Fencing, construction, steel, or building materials experience is preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Existing contractor or project contacts are advantageous.
- Target-oriented approach and willingness to travel for site visits.
Compensation
- Pay is up to AED 5,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
- Transport will be provided for project site visits.
