Role overview
Coordinate and supervise outdoor fence installation projects so work is safe, timely, and consistent with approved drawings and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily fence installation activities and site manpower; monitor progress and timely completion.
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, suppliers, and site supervisors; ensure fencing materials, tools, and equipment are available.
- Monitor installation quality against project specifications and conduct site inspections.
- Report progress, delays, and issues to management; maintain attendance, material usage, and project progress records.
- Ensure workers follow safety procedures and site regulations; resolve site issues and coordinate corrective actions.
- Coordinate proper handover of the completed fencing project to the client.
Required skills
- Experience in construction, fencing, or outdoor installation projects.
- Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage site workers, materials, and project schedules.
- Knowledge of site safety and installation quality standards.
Pay
- Pay is AED 7,000 per month.
Work location
- Work location is in person.
