Role Purpose
Lead and optimize
sales performance and marketing impact
to maximize project revenue, absorption, and market positioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead
- sales strategy, targets, and revenue delivery
- Manage and scale
- internal sales teams and external brokers/agencies
- Develop and execute
- integrated marketing strategies and campaigns
- Own the
- full sales funnel
- (lead generation → conversion → closing)
- Align with market intelligence and development teams on
- pricing strategy
- Plan and execute
- project launches and go-to-market strategies
- Track and optimize
- sales and marketing performance metrics
KPIs
- Total
- sales value and units sold
- **Conversion rate**
- across the funnel
- **Sales cycle duration**
- **Cost per lead (CPL)**
- **Campaign ROI and marketing efficiency**
Profile Required
- 8–12 years of experience in
- real estate sales and marketing
- (KSA experience preferred)
- Strong track record in
- off-plan sales and project launches
- Proven ability to
- drive revenue through structured sales strategies
- Balanced expertise across
- commercial sales and marketing execution
- Strong experience managing
- brokers, agencies, and channel partners
