A leading Construction & Contracting Company is looking for an experienced
Architecture Technical Office Engineer
to join our team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture Engineering.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in construction and contracting projects.
- Strong knowledge of shop drawings, material submittals, quantity surveying, and technical office procedures.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant engineering software.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review architectural shop drawings and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with consultants, site engineers, and subcontractors.
- Prepare and follow up on material submittals and approvals.
- Support project execution by providing technical guidance and solutions.
- Assist with quantity take-offs, project coordination, and progress monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and contractual requirements.
