We are seeking a skilled Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for finding and following leads in order to bring in new business and increase revenue.
In this role, you will develop and implement marketing strategies that generate profitable growth and increase brand recognition among target audiences.
You will also be accountable for the overall success of our sales and marketing initiatives and must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and prospects through various communication channels (phone, email, in-person meetings)
- Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns to reach new customers and retain existing ones
- Conduct research to identify new market opportunities and customer needs
- Collaborate with other departments to develop effective sales strategies and marketing plans
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify areas for improvement
- Provide regular reports on marketing activities and sales results to management
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines
- Attend trade shows and industry events to promote our brand and generate new business opportunities
Requirements
- 3+ years' experience in sales and marketing
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales results and reach targets
- Experience with CRM applications and marketing automation tools
- Self-motivated with a keen sense of urgency to succeed

Job Type: Full-time
- Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
- Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
