Accountant – Urgently Hiring

Abu Dhabi | Full-Time

We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented Accountant with solid UAE experience and strong knowledge of local financial regulations. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing company accounts while ensuring full compliance with UAE laws.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and bank reconciliations
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports
• Handle VAT computation, filing, and submissions in compliance with UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) regulations
• Manage Corporate Tax compliance and reporting as per UAE laws
• Ensure accurate bookkeeping and proper documentation of financial records
• Process payroll in line with UAE Labour Law, WPS compliance, leave settlements, gratuity calculations, and employee final settlements
• Monitor company expenses, budgets, and cash flow
• Coordinate with external auditors and prepare necessary audit documentation
• Ensure compliance with financial obligations, renewals, and statutory requirements
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information and company records

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years UAE accounting experience (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and Labour Law regulations
• Experience with accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho, or similar)
• Strong analytical, reporting, and reconciliation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Immediate joiners preferred
