URGENT HIRING – Senior Scale Model Maker / Workshop Lead
ARC 3D Printing Solutions LLC is looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Scale Model Maker / 3D Printing Workshop Lead to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
This is not just a model making role — we are looking for someone who can lead teams, manage workshop operations, maintain project timelines, and deliver high-quality architectural and custom models efficiently and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise model-making teams and workshop staff
- Manage project timelines and production schedules
- Ensure quality control and timely project delivery
- Oversee architectural and custom model production from start to finish
- Improve workshop systems and workflow efficiency
- Coordinate fabrication, assembly, detailing, and installation processes
- Handle multiple projects under pressure while maintaining quality standards
Requirements
- Strong experience in architectural scale model making
- Deep understanding of:
- Acrylic fabrication
- Laser cutting
- 3D printing
- Painting & finishing
- Landscaping & detailing
- Assembly & installation
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to organize teams and maintain production efficiency
- Solution oriented, responsible, and passionate mindset
- UAE experience in model making industry preferred
