HIRING – Floor Supervisor
ARC 3D Printing Solutions LLC is looking for an experienced Floor Supervisor to join our production team in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
We are seeking a hands on supervisor with strong experience in workshop or production environments, ideally within architectural model making, fabrication or 3D printing industries.
The role requires strong leadership on the shop floor to ensure smooth operations, quality control and on time project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily workshop floor activities and operations
- Allocate tasks and manage workflow across teams
- Monitor production progress and ensure deadlines are met
- Maintain strict quality control on all model making work
- Coordinate between fabrication, 3D printing, and finishing teams
- Ensure efficient use of materials, tools and machines
- Solve on floor production issues quickly and effectively
- Support senior management in planning and execution
- Enforce safety, cleanliness and discipline in the workshop
Requirements
- Proven experience as a supervisor in a workshop, fabrication, or production environment
- Experience in architectural model making or 3D printing industry preferred
- Leadership and team management skills
- Strong problem solving ability under pressure
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Good communication and organizational skills
