Location:** Dubai

Glow Up Clinic is looking for an experienced and results-driven **Sales Manager** to join our growing team.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager in a **medical clinic, aesthetic clinic, hospital, or healthcare center**.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and increasing revenue.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Experience in handling patient inquiries, consultations, and treatment sales.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to train, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems and sales reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead the clinic sales team.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase bookings and revenue.
  • Monitor leads, conversions, and sales performance.

  • Prepare sales reports and achieve monthly targets.
