Glow Up Clinic is looking for a professional and experienced **Medical Receptionist** to join our team.
Requirements
- Arabic nationality (Male or Female)
- Previous experience working in a medical center, clinic, or hospital
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle appointments, patient inquiries, and administrative tasks efficiently
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients and visitors
- Manage appointments and patient records
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
- Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff
- Perform general administrative and reception duties
