Arabic Female Call Center Executive – Medical & Aesthetic Center

**Company:** Glow Up Medical Center

Glow Up Medical Center is seeking experienced and motivated **Female Call Center Executives** to join our growing team.

Candidates with previous experience in medical centers, aesthetic clinics, or healthcare customer service are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide accurate information about the center's services and treatments.
  • Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed appointments.
  • Explain treatment options, promotions, and special offers clearly and professionally.
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Achieve monthly booking and conversion targets.
  • Update and maintain patient records within the CRM system.

Requirements

  • **Female candidates only.**
  • Previous experience in a call center role within a medical center, aesthetic clinic, or healthcare environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and professional telephone etiquette.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
  • Good computer and CRM skills.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
