Overview

A clinic is a leading medical and aesthetic clinic in Dubai, committed to providing exceptional patient care and professional healthcare services.

We are currently looking for a motivated and experienced **HR & Accounting Executive** to join our growing team.

Human Resources

  • Manage employee records and HR documentation.
  • Handle recruitment, onboarding, and staff coordination.
  • Monitor attendance, leave management, and payroll support.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
  • Support employee relations and performance management activities.

Accounting

  • Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate accounts.
  • Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment records.
  • Assist with monthly financial reports and reconciliations.
  • Coordinate with management regarding budgets and expenses.
  • Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial records.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR and/or Accounting.
  • Experience in healthcare, medical centers, or aesthetic clinics is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
