Position :- Sales Manager / Sr Sales Manager for ME - GCCT BL - base location @ Dubai To ensure the profitable success of Normet Group in Middle East (based out of Dubai) through developing technical sales to Infrastructure , Mining & Tunnelling projects with special focus on Value Added Construction Chemical product portfolio like - PU Injections, Construction & Repair product range, Waterproofing portfolio, TBM Grease & Foam products etc
To meet Net Sales Budget for GCCT BL in Middle East
To be fully responsible for sales performance, budgeting, forecasting, marketing trends and accounts receivables etc
To define and implement training for Normet Middle East team.
Contribute and drive strategic development of the Normet business in the Middle East region.
To identify new business development/project opportunities and taking the individual steps to achieve final successful and profitable supply of Normet products
To negotiate payment credit limits with new customers in line with Normet guidelines.
To expand reach of Normet product portfolios by appointing Channel Partners / Distributors in ME region who have relevant industry experience
To Develop Ground Injections, CPR and waterproofing, admixtures or new product technology in Key / Mega Projects in ME
To ensure Normet Group compliances as required by local authorities.
Total Experience :- 12-15 years in Construction Chemicals (having exposure in PU Injection, Waterproofing, Repair & Rehabilitation products will be added advantage)
Segment Experience :- Relationship In Big / Mega projects as explained above alongwith experience of working thru Channel Partners
Educational Qualification :- B Tech / BE in Civil or Chemical Engineering will be preferred (B Sc or M Sc with relevant experience can also be considered)
