You support our team as a Sales Manager

Sales Manager-Abu Dhabi Responsibilities

  • Drive aftermarket sales growth by generating opportunities, setting targets, monitoring performance, and executing regional strategies with leadership.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities while building strong, long-term customer relationships.
  • Provide technical support by aligning customer requirements, preparing quotations, and leading technical discussions.
  • Support strategic IP and project initiatives through coordination, reviews, and collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Contribute to overall operations through training, troubleshooting, claims support, and ROI analysis.
  • Conduct leadership tasks and people development by managing the team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering with a strong experience in management and sales execution.
  • Practical experience and solid expertise in similar roles.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM Tools is desirable.
  • In-depth understanding of sales principles, customer service practices and similar environments.
  • Strong Communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Willingness to travel: Regular trips to customer sites.
  • Continuous education on up-to-date technical / professional expertise.
