About This Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead the sales and revenue growth of our aesthetic and dermatology clinic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving patient acquisition, increasing treatment conversion rates, and managing the front-line sales and customer experience team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets
- Lead, train, and motivate the front desk and patient coordinator team to improve conversion rates
- Drive patient acquisition through walk-ins, referrals, marketing leads, and partnerships
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, KPIs, and revenue reports
- Ensure excellent patient journey from consultation to treatment closure
- Work closely with doctors and therapists to maximize treatment plan acceptance
- Handle VIP clients and high-value treatment packages
- Develop promotions, packages, and offers in coordination with management
- Maintain high standards of customer service and patient satisfaction
- Manage CRM systems and ensure proper follow-up of leads
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in sales management, preferably in aesthetic, dermatology, or healthcare industry
