Sales Manager - Short Term Rentals

Role overview

Sales and leasing

• Review competitive market pricing so vacant portfolio units are priced to generate leads.
• Qualify leads by assessing customer needs and likely conversion timing.
• Coordinate property presentation and viewings with operations; plan schedules and use 3D tours, video tours, or video calls for virtual viewings.
• Convert prospects and close leases using effective sales techniques.
• Build month-to-month leases and manage extension collection timings and payment methods.

Business development and onboarding

• Oversee marketing of the service to potential property owners.
• Identify and contact prospective landlords, pitch the service, and obtain signed property-management agreements.
• Oversee onboarding, including furnishing, utility connections, and property marketing; collaborate with colleagues and designers on consistent standards and brand presentation.
• Maintain landlord relationships with booking updates and revenue-performance information.
• Develop third-party referral relationships, including real estate agencies and housing service providers.

Requirements

• A valid UAE driving licence is required.
• A bachelor's degree certificate is stated as required in the requirements section, although the education listing marks a bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least two years of real estate brokerage sales or leasing experience is preferred.
• CRM and property-management-system experience is sought; Salesforce or HubSpot are preferred examples.
• A broad network of property-owner contacts open to short-term rental leasing is preferred.
• Strong organization, communication, teamwork, positive attitude, creativity, initiative, and multitasking ability are sought.

Compensation

• Monthly pay is stated as AED 5,000–20,000, with a competitive basic salary based on experience.
• Additional compensation may include sales commission for bookings and extensions, a listing fee for signed and onboarded properties, and a client-retention fee.
