Role overview

Account and property management

• Serve as the main contact for landlord inquiries through WhatsApp, email, and phone; respond promptly and professionally using approved templates.
• Coordinate client meetings and prepare required documents, data, and attendees.
• Oversee new-property onboarding, including furnishing to company and DET/DCT standards, utilities, and marketing, in collaboration with colleagues and designers.
• Ensure compliance with government requirements, including property inspections, smart locks, permits, furnishing standards, signatures, investment coordination, and legislative updates.
• Resolve client disputes and coordinate prompt solutions.
• Retain landlords by resolving issues and ensuring termination notice periods and contract fees follow agreements.
• Oversee long-term rentals, including lease registration and renewals, maintenance, tenant arrivals, and compliance with rental-price legislation.

Business development

• Oversee multi-channel marketing to generate inbound leads and use the customer database to prospect for interested property owners.
• Present the service and its value, explain property management agreements, handle objections, and secure signed agreements.
• Align with senior management on portfolio growth, maintenance, retention, lead-generation, meeting, and signed-agreement targets and achieve agreed goals across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Candidate requirements

• At least 2 years of property management experience.
• Previous account management experience is preferred, ideally in real estate or property management; client-facing experience is sought.
• Prior sales experience is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication, an optimistic attitude, and a solutions-focused mindset.
• Strong familiarity with European markets and business culture is preferred.

Compensation

• Base salary starts at AED 7,000 per month; final base salary depends on experience and suitability.
• Commission is available for new property listings, client retention, and other results.
