Position Overview
The company operates short-term rental holiday homes with offices in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
The Guest Relations Executive will oversee customer experiences and act as the company ambassador in front of guests.
Guest Relations and Service
- Greet guests on arrival and provide service designed to create a memorable experience.
- Communicate with guests before arrival and coordinate check-in, welcome, and checkout activities.
- Handle guest complaints and concerns efficiently and promptly.
- Maintain high guest review scores through exceptional customer service and relationship building.
Property Operations
- Coordinate housekeeping schedules and property maintenance work.
- Coordinate furnishing of new vacant properties according to DCT quality standards.
- Maintain furniture inventories and oversee the security deposit handling process.
- Keep arrival, departure, and apartment-condition information up to date.
Guest Information and Standards
- Maintain detailed information about apartments, local attractions, and the city.
- Collect guest feedback and maintain guest profiles.
- Adhere to strict staff grooming and hygiene standards.
- Continuously improve skills and increase job knowledge.
Qualifications
- A valid UAE driving license is required.
- At least 1 year of holiday-home experience is required.
- Fluent English, both verbal and non-verbal, is essential.
- Hotel front desk, property management, concierge, or guest relations experience is preferred.
- A Bachelor's degree in hotels, business, or hospitality management is advantageous.
