- Hiring: Sales Manager – Secondary Market \| Dubai Real Estate
- We are currently hiring for one of the **leading real estate firms in Dubai**.
- This is a **strategic leadership opportunity** for an experienced professional to **build and lead the Secondary Market Sales division**.
- The selected candidate will play a key role in **setting up the department from the ground up**—starting as an individual contributor driving sales targets and gradually **building and scaling a high-performing sales team of up to 100 agents**.
- This role is ideal for someone who deeply understands the **Dubai real estate market**, has strong **client relationship and networking abilities**, and possesses the leadership capability to **build, train, and scale a successful sales operation**.
- Key expectations from the role:
- Strong understanding of the **Dubai secondary property market**
- Proven track record in **real estate sales and client relationship management**
- Ability to **build, mentor, and scale a large sales team**
