Real Estate Secondary Market Manager
We are hiring an experienced **Real Estate Secondary Market Manager** to lead and grow our secondary sales division in Dubai.
Salary
Competitive salary + attractive commission structure
Working Schedule
6 days a week
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the secondary market sales team
- Drive property sales and achieve monthly targets
- Recruit, train, and motivate agents
- Build strong relationships with property owners, buyers, and investors
- Develop sales strategies to increase market share
- Monitor team performance and ensure high conversion rates
- Maintain strong knowledge of Dubai’s secondary real estate market
Requirements
- Proven experience in Dubai secondary real estate market
- Must come with an existing team of **8–10 real estate agents**
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Track record of achieving sales targets
- RERA certification is preferred
- Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus
