is currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled

Sales Manager-Off Plan

with a strong background in real estate development within the UAE market.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in off-plan property sales, exceptional negotiation skills, and the ability to drive business growth while maintaining excellent client relations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize the company’s portfolio of off-plan projects to present strategic investment opportunities to real estate agencies and prospective clients, ensuring alignment with their specific investment objectives and financial goals.
  • Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with agencies, clients, and key stakeholders, ensuring their needs are consistently met and fostering repeat business.
  • Take ownership of individual sales targets, utilizing your expertise to identify, pursue, and close sales opportunities. Consistently exceed sales expectations while ensuring that the company’s offerings are effectively represented.
  • Develop and present periodic sales forecasts, progress reports, and updates to senior management, ensuring alignment with business objectives and providing insights into future sales trends.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage client relationships, track sales activities, and generate reports. Regularly review CRM functionalities, suggest improvements, and ensure data accuracy for effective decision-making.
  • Oversee and manage the closing process for all property deals, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and promptly. Monitor the receipt of payments and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Maintain consistent and proactive communication with clients, addressing any inquiries, concerns, or requests. Identify opportunities for future business, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Provide detailed feedback on market trends, client preferences, and competitive activity. Use insights to inform sales strategies, marketing efforts, and business development initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related discipline is required.
  • Proven 5 years of professional experience in Dubai with real estate developers on off-plan projects.
  • Proven, tangible achievements in the sale of off-plan real estate developments.
  • Exceptional negotiation, influencing, and deal-closing skills.
  • Strong ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
  • A commitment to delivering outstanding service and ensuring client satisfaction at all stages of the sales process.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets while maximizing business opportunities.
  • An extensive and well-established network of local and international brokers is highly advantageous
