- :نبحث عن مدير مبيعات للانضمام إلى فريق العمل، على أن تتوفر لديه المؤهلات التالية
- خبرة عملية تتراوح بين 5 إلى 10 سنوات في مجال المبيعات وتطوير الأعمال.
- خبرة قوية في قطاع الخدمات اللوجستية والنقل وسلاسل الإمداد داخل المملكة العربية السعودية.
- يفضل وجود خبرة في قطاع الأغذية والمواد الاستهلاكية (FMCG).
- القدرة على استقطاب العملاء الجدد وإبرام العقود التجارية وتحقيق النمو في المبيعات.
- خبرة في إعداد وتنفيذ الاستراتيجيات البيعية وتطوير خطط العمل.
- القدرة على إعادة هيكلة وتطوير قسم المبيعات وتحسين الأداء ورفع كفاءة العمليات.
- خبرة في قيادة وإدارة فرق المبيعات ومتابعة مؤشرات الأداء وتحقيق الأهداف البيعية.
- مهارات عالية في التفاوض وبناء العلاقات التجارية وإدارة الحسابات الرئيسية.
- يفضل أن يكون المرشح:
- سعودي الجنسية أو من مواليد المملكة العربية السعودية.
- لديه شبكة علاقات قوية وخبرة واسعة في السوق المحلي.
