Role Description

The Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Riyadh Region.

This position is responsible for leading and managing sales activities, including developing sales strategies, setting targets, and driving revenue growth across retail, wholesale, corporate, and hospitality channels.

The Sales Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, identify new business opportunities, negotiate commercial agreements, and ensure the achievement of sales and profitability objectives.

Daily responsibilities include coaching and supporting the sales team, coordinating with operations, marketing, and finance departments, preparing sales forecasts and performance reports, and ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.

The role also involves analyzing market trends, expanding distribution channels, participating in industry events, and strengthening Tomoor AlUla's position in the premium hospitality, chocolate, and stuffed dates market.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales management, including developing and executing sales strategies and leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong experience in customer relationship management, business development, negotiation, and closing B2B and retail sales opportunities.
  • Experience within the food & beverage, hospitality, luxury gifting, FMCG, or premium consumer goods sectors is highly preferred.
  • Ability to analyze sales data, prepare accurate forecasts, and generate performance reports.
  • Strong collaboration skills with operations, marketing, finance, and supply chain teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is highly preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Professional sales certifications are considered an advantage.
