Job Purpose
Assist in the development and preparation of architectural designs and construction drawings under the supervision of senior architects, while ensuring compliance with client requirements, building regulations, and engineering standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural drawings and plans using specialized design software.
- Support the development of conceptual, schematic, and detailed designs.
- Revise and update drawings based on project and client feedback.
- Assist in preparing presentations and 3D visualizations for projects.
- Coordinate with structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering teams.
- Support the preparation of basic specifications and quantity schedules.
- Participate in site visits and monitor project implementation when required.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and applicable codes.
- Organize, maintain, and update project documentation and drawing records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
- Fresh graduate or up to one year of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in architectural design software, including:
- AutoCAD
- Revit
- SketchUp
- Lumion or 3ds Max (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of building codes and architectural standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in preparing drawings.
- Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
Work Environment
