Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Develop hotel sales strategies and attract corporate, leisure, and group business.
• Build client and partner relationships; conduct sales visits, client meetings, and business-development activities.
• Promote hotel rooms, food and beverage outlets, banquet halls, and events; develop accounts and expand the customer base.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and business opportunities; prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates.
• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets and coordinate with Revenue, Food and Beverage, Front Office, and Operations teams.
• Represent and promote the hotel brand to potential clients and organizations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in the hotel or hospitality sector.
• Proven B2B and corporate sales experience; strong business-development and client-acquisition skills.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills; knowledge of the local market and hospitality industry.
• Target-oriented with strong commercial awareness and a good command of English.
