Key Responsibilities

• **Generate and manage property sales and leasing opportunities**
• **Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, investors, and clients**
• **Conduct property viewings and client meetings professionally**
• **Advise clients on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities**
• **Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently**
• **Maintain accurate records through CRM systems**
• **Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/leasing targets**
• **Coordinate with marketing and management teams to maximize property exposure**
• **Follow up on leads and maintain excellent customer service standards**

Requirements

• **Minimum 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales or leasing in Qatar**
• **Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills**
• **Knowledge of the Qatar real estate market**
• **Ability to work independently and achieve targets**
• **Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude**
• **A valid Qatar Driving License & Own Vehicle is preferred**
• **Speaking Arabic is an advantage**
• **Experience using CRM systems and digital marketing platforms is preferred**
