Drive business development and secure new contracts for pest control services across the UAE.
The posting specifies 8–10 years of UAE experience.
Key responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Develop relationships with developers, property management companies, government entities, and commercial clients.
- Identify and participate in tenders and RFQs.
- Coordinate with operations and estimation teams to prepare competitive proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Maintain sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8–10 years of UAE sales and business development experience; pest control or facility management experience is preferred.
- Proven track record in securing new contracts.
- Strong UAE market knowledge and established client relationships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Valid UAE driving licence.
