Sales Manager – Middle East (Ruminants & Companion Animals)
About This Role
Job Purpose:
We are seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to lead and drive business growth across the Middle East for our Ruminant and Companion Animal portfolio. The role is responsible for expanding market presence, developing strategic partnerships, and achieving sustainable revenue growth across key markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy aligned with business objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion across the region
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue growth objectives
- Provide regular market insights, competitor analysis, and sales forecasting
- Collaborate closely with technical and marketing teams to ensure effective product positioning
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders across the Middle East
- Lead initiatives to strengthen brand presence in both Ruminant and Companion Animal segments
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in Animal Health sales, with strong exposure to Ruminants and Companion Animals
- At least 2+ years in a similar regional or managerial role
- Proven experience in KSA and Egypt markets is highly preferred
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to develop and guide high-performing teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to travel extensively across the region
- Valid driving license
