About This Role
Responsibilities
- call and invite people to meetings
- fill in data in the CRM system
- generate daily, weekly and monthly reports
- reconnect with customers
- customer support - answering current questions
- achievement of the sales plan
We are looking for a candidate with:
- good communication skills in Arabic and English
- good negotiation skills
- ability to effectively work in a dynamic and growing start-up environment
- proactive and mindful of the competitive business environment
- experience with CRM systems
- not afraid of phone calls, knows how to develop and maintain relationships with clients
- behaves ethically and professionally in communication with people
- excellent written and oral communication skills
- has experience in calls and sales from 1 year
- has experience or good skills in the field of marketing
- speaks English at the Upper-Intermediate (B2) level and above
- manages submissions and reporting
- performs cold sales as needed
- creates, develops, reviews, submits and tracks proposal response documentation
- maintains a database, records all phone calls and answers in the CRM system
