Sales Manager – Dubai Property
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team in Dubai.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies for the Dubai property market
- Generate high-value leads and maintain relationships with clients
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client requirements
- Prepare reports on sales performance and forecast targets
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the Dubai property market
- Proven experience managing a sales team in real estate
- Strong knowledge of both secondary and off-plan properties
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented, professional, and proactive
Salary:
- Salary will be discussed at the time of interview
